How to get to Emsworth

Emsworth is located close to the A3M and South Coast Trunk road and is within a short driving distance of both Portsmouth and Chichester.  The Railway station is has direct services to Brighton, London (Victoria), Portsmouth, Southampton and Salisbury.

By Road

Emsworth is on the A259 and is clearly signed from the M27/A27 between Havant and Chichester.

From the North on the A3(M), leave at Junction 2, (signed Emsworth), and follow the B2149/B2148 to the town centre.

By Rail

Emsworth Station is on the South Coast Line in between Southampton and Brighton/London Victoria. It can be reached from London via Havant, Chichester, Southampton or Brighton, changing where appropriate.

Service No.700 between Portsmouth and Chichester at half hourly intervals until 10.00pm.

 

 

 

By Boat

There is a deep-water pontoon, as well as a drying jetty closer to the town, with access for three hours or so either side of high water
