The end of Queen Street was even worse.
Dinghy was the preferred form of transport.
Traffic was halted for an hour or so.
But, the bus got through.
Les, the landlord of the Raglan surveyed the scene.
At the bar a foot of water didn't stop the locals enjoying a pint.
The Slipper Mill Pond, the Raglan's garden
and Dolphin Quay become one sheet of water.
The Junction of the A259 and Queen Street
At the western end of Emsworth -
The coastal foot path became impassable..
